MY NAME IS CLAUDIA VAN HET KAAR…
I’m a feminine healer, bodyworker, teacher and founder of Holistic Breastwork. My mission is to help women reconnect with their breasts, not just as physical features, but as deep wells of intuition, emotion, and self-love.
Through a unique blend of intuitive touch, somatic healing, and gentle breast ultrasound — always in a safe, respectful, woman-centered space — I support women in reclaiming ownership of their bodies and awakening the wisdom within.
My work is rooted in over a decade of experience offering one-on-one sessions, workshops, and a practitioner training. I’ve also written a book and developed an online program (currently only available in Dutch), all designed to guide women back to the sacred intelligence of their breasts.
WHAT IS HOLISTIC BREASTWORK?
Holistic Breastwork is about more than breast health — it’s about embodiment, empowerment, and coming home to your feminine essence.
Holistic Breastwork is also more than a method — it’s a movement. A call to return to the body, to pleasure, and to deep, embodied trust. I now feel it’s time to bring this work to a global audience — to every woman ready to explore the emotional and energetic power her breasts have always held.
